Turn in membership applications
All chapters who initiated new members this academic year must submit membership applications and payment before June 15. Membership applications and payment should be received 10 business days before initiation, or your chapter may be subject to a $5 per application late fee and express shipping charges.
Officer reports due
If your chapter has elected new officers, submit your Officer, Advisor and Calendar Report [ Form #3 ] to the national office. These forms should be submitted within 10 days of an election. Chapters are required to submit Officer Reports to the National Office. [ info@alphazeta.org ]

Join Alpha Zeta next year at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. The National Agricultural Leadership Conference will be held in March with the date to be announced. The 2006 conference will build on the theme from the 2005 NALC and emphasize California's history of irrigation: "Watering the Seed of Tomorrow's Agricultural Leaders." [ More ]

 Seeds reaped at conference
Ag Olympics, tours of Iowa's leading agribusinesses, leadership and career development workshops, networking with Alpha Zeta alumni and fellowship with other AZ from across the country highlighted the National Agricultural Leadership Conference and 49th Biennial Alpha Zeta Conclave April 7-9. More than 150 students and alumni from 27 chapters attended this year's conference. [ More ]
 New initiate totals
Alpha Zeta
chapters have initiated 1,016 new members so far in 2004-2005. Although several chapters yet to report initiations, it's expected this years initiations will be meet or beat figures from '03-'04 when AZ initiated 1,079 new members. Congratulations to Texas Alpha at Texas A&M University. The chapter initiated 115 new members this year. Way to go!
