AZ LEADER
November 28, 2006

Dear Brian,

Tackling problems with chapter development (recruiting, retention, projects, fundraising, etc.) looms large over many officer teams. I spoke recently with a dedicated officer team from the Oregon Chapter about how to keep the chapter alive and breathe some life into its future. Read a summary of the discussion on the AZ blog.

    Wearing your AZ pin
    AZ Crest

Purdue Chapter Advisor Gary Steinhardt resently asked: What is the proper way to wear the AZ badge?

Like many fraternal organizations, Alpha Zeta has a pin, which is the gold letters A and Z, and a badge, styled after the fraternity crest (see right). The pin should be worn on the lapel; however, the badge, should be worn on the left side of your chest above your heart.

At the minimum, members should wear their pin or badge to formal AZ events and new member initiations.
