  • March 1: Conclave registration deadline.
  • March 15: Award nominations deadline (Officer, Advisor of the Year);
    Chapter Activity Reports due for Middaugh Award consideration.

What's stopping your chapter from attending the NALC & Conclave?

  • Ask your advisor or dean if the ag school will subsidize your registration fee?
  • Seek travel reimbursement from your campus or ag school student government.
  • Host a fundraiser.
  • Solicit donations from local AZ alumni.
  • Meals and lodging are included.
  • Five students from your chapter can register for the price of four.
  • Don't have five members interested; invite a perspective member or a student leader from another organization.

Plan a welcome back activity

  • Host a social before everyone gets bogged down with class.
  • Volunteer for a campus service project. Do something to get noticed.
  • Coordinate a spring initiation. Recruit the candidates your chapter missed in the fall. Don't forget transfer and graduate students.
