  • Recruiting and retaining association members.
  • Supporting 19 board meetings and 56 committee meetings.
  • Planning and coordinating 11 conventions with attendance ranging from 100 to 1,400.
  • Supervising and directing government affairs and Washington representation.
  • Developing and implimenting industry promotion, public relations and marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and supervising development and content of five websites.
  • Developing and delivering electronic newsletters.
  • Managing electronic document submission systems.
  • Producing full-color magazines and multiple member newsletters.
  • Maintaning client membership databases.
